(From our own correspondent.) This day,
The Alleged Bribery. At the K.M. Court yesterday, the caae against Captain Bead, for bribery and corruptioD, was called, when there was no appearance of the informant or defendant. The caae was accordingly dismissed. The Agricultural and Pastoral Association has been formed, and so far was a decided success. £IGO has been already subscribed, and the district ia being canvassed for further subscriptions. The Katikati settlers are joining in large numbers.
