TYPHOON HAMPERS OPERATIONS

WAR IN INDO-CHINA (Rec. 9.30 a.m.) SAIGON, Oct. 17. French Army headquarters reported to-day that a typhoon was hampering the evacuation of civilians from Langson near the China border.
