WORLD ROAD RACE (Rec 10 a.m.) BRUSSELS, Aug. 20. Alberic Schotte, of Belgium, to-day won the world professional road race championship of 178 miles. Schotte covered the distance in 7hrs 49mm 54sec. Forty competitors from 11 nations took part in the race..
