WEST EUROPE OIL REFINERIES

MARSHALL AID DOLLARS TO HELP FINANCE WASHINGTON, April 10. Marshall Plan dollars wmuld help to finance ten oil refinery projects in West Europe, it was announced today. The Economic Co-operation Administration stated that the plan would increase the output of Europe’s petroleum products by 115,000 barrels a day. FToduction by 1953 was expected to be 1,042,000 barrels a day. The 10 projects—six in France, two in. Britain, and two in Italy—would cost 1 G 0,850,000 dollars. The E.C.A. would contribute 23,782,000 dollars.
