AGREEMENT WITH PAKISTAN
INDIAN PARLIAMENT APPROVES LONDON, April 11. The New Delhi correspondent of tlie Associated Press says that, amid cheers and applause, the Indian Par liament to-day aproved the agreement guaranteeing security to minorities in India and Pakistan. Details of the agreement were announced yesterday by the Indian Prime Minister (Pandit Nehru).
