DUTCH VIEW OF NEUTRALITY

. SPEECH BY PRINCE BERNHARD NEW YORK, Mar. 15. Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands said to-day: “Neutrality does not get anyone anywhere any more.” He said that the North Atlantic Pact was one of Western Europe’s greatest assets. It had done away completely with the idea of neutrality. He added that the temper of the Western European nations was one of determination to resist aggression. The people were determined to remain free. ■ Prince Bernhard will return to Holland on Saturday. He has been visiting the United States.
