DOLLAR OIL EMBARGO
British Decision Altered WASHINGTON, March 15. Senator Connally said that he did not know details of Britain’s new proposal, but he had decided to modify the language of his amendment to the Marshall Plan Act. The amendment would have barred discrimination against American business by Britain or any other country receiving Marshall aid.
