ANNIVERSARY OF TREATY OF WAITANGI (P.A.) WELLINGTON, Mar. 10. The Government will give every consideration to having February 6, the anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Waitangi, recognised officially in New Zealand as New Zealand Day.
