SOCIAL SECURITY SCHEME

ALLEGED ABUSES DISCUSSED (P.A.) WELLINGTON, March 10. Wellington members of the council of the' British Medical Association today had an important discussion with the Minister of Health (Mr J. T. Watts) regarding various problems facing the medical profession and the Government. It is understood that the discussions covered alleged abuses under the social security scheme and other matters raised at the recent conference of the B.M.A. As the outcome of to-day’s meeting the Minister will meet the full council of the association in a fortnight’s time.
