Aerodromes in Queensland. —Runways for jet aircraft will be commenced this year at the main aerodrome in Brisbane, Eagle Farm. In the next three years the Civil Aviation Department will spend £2,500,000 on 27 ’dromes in Queensland and by the end of this year nearly 800 ’dromes will be in use throughout the State. —Brisbane, This Day.
