INTERNATIONAL RUHR AUTHORITY
CONVERSION ANNOUNCED LONDON, December 2. The West German Chancellor (Dr. Konrad Adenauer), in a letter to the three allied High Commissioners, has officially asked for Germany’s admission to the International Ruhr Authority, states the Bonn correspondent of the British United Press.
The request is the logical outcome of the Bonn Agreement, which made a slow-down in dismantling conditional on West Germany’s recognition of and’ participation in the Ruhr Authority.
