FOUR OVERSEAS ATHLETES

SELECTION AT EMPIRE GAMES

(P.A.) WELLINGTON, Nov. 13-. An outline programme for a tour by overseas athletes after the Empire Games will be prepared so that centres throughout New Zealand can hold suitable dates in reserve. ' It was stated at the annual meeting of the New Zealand Amateur Athletics Association to-day that the selection of star athletes for the tour would be made at the Games, consideration being given to the performances of athletes there and their availability for the tour. Masseurs will accompany the New Zealand team ,and their appointment is expected next week.
