THREE LIVES LOST
FLOODS IN MOROCCO ■< ■ * (Rec. 10.35 a.m.) LONDON, April IS. At least three people lost their lives in floods which have swept through Morocco, states the Associated Press Rabat correspondent. They were carried off by a swollen, stream at Quatzazate. Several hundred million, francs’ worth of damage has been done. Meknes military airfield is under water.
At Casablanca the main Post Office and telephone exchange has been seriously damaged.
