“OPPOSE SOVIET DOCTRINE” * LONDON. April 16. Rabbi Mattuck, in a Passover address at the Liberal Jewish Synagogue in London, called on Jews to oppose the. Soviet doctrine. He said that because the present Government of Russia aimed to spread its doctrine and, practice in other countries religion was vitally-involved.
“The doctrine denies what Judaism proclaims ancl in practice violated what Judaism commands,” ho added. “Jews loyal to Judaism must oppose it. ' They cannot, treat with indifference or face with neutrality an issue which, divides the world,” ’
