QUARTERLY MEETING The quarterly business meeting of officials of the Ashburton Methodist Circuit was held on Wednesday evening ,the Rev. W. T. flight presiding over a good attendance. The Rev. L. J. Keightly recently appointed secona minister in the circuit, was welcomed by the board. , The youth council report, presented by Miss D. Bishop, showed substantial progress, particularly in Allenton. ■ Problems involved in the maintenance of country services were discussed, and much routine business transacted. A special appeal was made on behalf of the Theological College, and is being well supported.
