CORPORAL PUNISHMENT IN SCHOOLS NEW DEMIT, Jan. 11. The Delhi Municipal .Superintendent of Education lias banned corporal punishment in schools. Instead every municipal school will have a reformatory where hoys found negligent in their studies will be treated by psychologists.
