PROVISION, IN INDIAN STATES NEW DELHI, Jan. 6. The Constituent Assembly, drafting a new Constitution for India, to-day adopted articles providing for a single Legislative Assembly in Indian States. In Madras, Bihar West, the United Provinces and East Punjab there will be a legislative council and a legislative assembly.
