The meeting recorded its. belief that the Government’s failure to bring the Avages of its own employees up to the level ruling in industry Avas a breach of faith with the public service, and that the proposal to submit the claims to a series of tribunals Avas only an attempt, to eA T ade and delay the granting of just claims.
