The,British heavy-weight champion, Bruce Woodcock, won his fight against the’ American heavy-weight, Lee Savold, at the: Harringay Stadium tonight. ..Savold was disqualified in the fourth round for a foul blow. . Spectators booed, whistled, and cat-called, and it was some time befpre the decision, could be announced. . r : The foul blow was a right upper but when the two boxers were in a clinch in the middle of the ring.
