AUSTRALIAN ROCKET EXPERIMENTS

UNITED states may take PART (Roc. 9.5 a.m.) MELBOURNE, July 25. The United States may share in the rocket bomb experiments in Australia. This was stated in Commonwealth circles to-day following an announcement by the United States Atomic Energy Commission that atomic weapons would be tested in the Pacific. The United States range in New Mexico is reported to be only a tenth of the size of the South Australian range. No definite agreement on American participation in the Empire experiments is believed to have been made, but it is suggested that participation will come in the later stages ot the experiments, 'when atomic warheads are considered.
