STILL FORCE IN RACIALISM (Rec. 9.30 a.m.) NEW YORK, July 25. The “Herald-Tribune” examining the Sc»ithern declarations on racialism concludes that moral rightness is still a force to be reckoned with in the south in spite of the drama of the Ku Klux Klan’s fiery, crosses. The article says that the pledge of the representatives of 200,000 women member's of the Southern Methodist Church that they will not vote for any political candidate who makes the question of race an issue strikes a deeper note that the declaration of Dr. Samuel Green, Chief Dragon of the Ku Klux Klan at Chattanooga, Tennessee, on Tuesday that: “No matter what the lav/ says in this country, it is still wrong to allow a negro to vote in a white man's primary.” <
