KIWI CONCERT PARTY

STUBBORN SUCCESS IN MELBOURNE a MELBOURNE, July 16. The most stubborn stage success in Australia at present is tlie Kiwi Concert Party, which has been playing in Melbourne to crowded bouses for eight months. The party numbers many performers known to members of the New Zealand Division in Africa and Italy. Tlie orchestra is under the baton of Terry Vaughan, and the topliners include Wally Prictor and Red Moore. Its repertoire includes three complete shows which have been named after famous battles in which the New Zealanders participated. An all male- cast has proved no handicap to the show, the most enthusiastic patrons of which are ex-servicemen of both wars. The party intended playing a three week season, but appears set for months with Sydney still untapped.
