ST,JAMES THEATRE t Screening finally to-night,'at the St. James Theatre is M-G-M’s pieturisation of Pearl Buck's famed story, “Dragon Seed,” starring Katharine Hepburn, Walter Huston, Aline MacMahon, Akim Tamiroff and Turhan Bey. Coming to-morrow, and screening for one day only, a double-feature programme will be presented. Hedy Lamarr with George Brent and Paul Lukas will be seen in “Experiment Perilous,” and an exciting Western, “Hail to the Rangers,” with Charles Starrett and Arthur Hunnicutt. The screening on Friday evening commences at 7.30 with Chapter 3 of the serial “Secret Agent." There will be a matinee at 2.45 .to-morrow afternoon with “Experiment Perilous” and a line featurette programme.
