FLOOD RELIEF IN BRITAIN / <P.A.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The New Zealand Meat Producers’ Board announces that the board, on behalf of meat producers of the Doi minion, and with the unanimous support of the Electoral Committee of the board, decided to contribute £IOO,OOO sterling to the general fund for the relief of flood damage in Great Britain. The Government will shortly announce a contribution toward the fund for the relief of those who have suffered from extensive flood damage in Britain. This was revealed by the Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. P. Eraser, to the dairy industry to-day.
