DR. PHILIPPE ETTER ELECTED (Rec. 11.0 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 12. The two Chambers of the Swiss Parliament, sitting together as a Federal Assembly, elected the Vice-President, Dr. Philippe Etter, President of the confederation fpr 1947, says' Reuter’s Berne correspondent. The Minister of Posts, ' Telegraphs and Railways, Dr. Enrico Celio was elected Vice-President.
