STRIKE BROKEN
AGREEMENT IN OAKLAND (Rec. 11 a.m.) OAKLAND, Dec. 5. The Municipal Government and A.F.L. leaders reached agreement to end the general strike which lias strangled the commerce of this citv for two days. The union conditions were that the police should not be used in breaking picketlines, and that city officials remain neutral in labour, disputes.
