AUSTRIAN DEMANDS
SECRET SESSION OF PARLIAMENT (Rec. 12.30 p.m.) VIENNA, Oct. 30. The Austrian Parliament, in the first secret session since 1918, carried unanimously a resolution calling for the withdrawal of Allied troops. The resolution also called firstly for the restitution of Austrian independence as defined in the Moscow Declaration ; secondly, for the handing over to the Austrian administration of all factories at present under the occupation , authorities; third, for the securing of the fruits of Austrian production for home consumption ; fourth, for the return of Austrian gold reserves the Germans stole ; fifth, for the speediest return of Austrian war prisoners to Austria; sixth, for the speediest repatriation of all displaced persons in Austria; seventh, for the admission of Austria to the United Nations. Parliament appealed to free nations of the world to see that Austria became really independent.
