DIPHTHERIA ON SHIP
MEDICAL supplies sent by air (Rec. 12.30 p.m.) BOSTON, July 31. The Coastguard rushed antitomin and other medical supplies by air to the troopship Colby Victory, off Newfoundland, en route to England, on which diphtheria has broken out. One passenger is dead, and an epidemic is feared.
