SOME POINTS REJECTED (Rec. 12.15 p.m.) LONDON, July 31. The Egyptian delegation for the treaty discussions has rejected some specific points in the British proposals says the Alexandria' correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph.” “But the door is still open,” " said Sidky Pasha. “Egyptians have not agreed with the British suggestion that evacuation be spread over five years. They want it completed in one year. Also they do not agree with the suggestion for a miiitarv alliance to be effective on the threat of war against either country, instead of the proposed military alliance, effective on the actual declaration of war.
