AIR AGREEMENT

AMERICA AND FRANCE (Rec. 11.15 a.m.) PARIS, March 27. America and France have signed an air agreement giving America access to airfields in Paris, Marseilles, Algiers, Tunis and other points in French territory “as required.” The French under the agreement, may operate services to New York, Washington, Chicago and Boston. America modified her view that there should be complete liberty in the establishment of international air routes, and agreed to a system of fare controls designed to avoid constant disputes between the companies.
