FRIENDSHIP PACT
POLAND AND CZECHOSLOVAKIA LONDON, Dec. 2. The Moscow radio announced that Poland has expressed willingness to conclude a pact of mutual friendship and aid with Czechoslovakia. Poland proposes, in a note to Prague that the two countries should settle outstanding points of dispute.
