SUNK AT KIEL.

BATTLESHIP ADMIRAL SCHEER. ONLY ONE OF HER CLASS LEFT. (Rec. 10.25 a.m.) LONDON, April 11. Reconnaissance yesterday shows that the German pocket battleship Admiral Scheer was sunk in the attack on Kiel by R.A.F. bombers on Monday night, states the Air Ministry. The Admiral Scheer was one of the last two German pocket battleships, the other being the Lutzow, formerly the Deutschland.

Photographs taken yesterday show the Admiral Scheer lying in the inner dockyard basin at Kiel, almost completely upside down ,and in much the same position as the Tirpitz after she was bombed in Tromsoe Fiord. The R.A.F. Bomber Command, has now put out o'? action three of Germany’s seven capital ships, battlecruisers and pocket battleships.—British Official Wireless.
