CABINET RESIGNS.
NORTHERN IRELAND CHANGE.
(Rec. 11.15 a.m.) LONDON, April 29. Mr J. M. Andrews, who lias been Prime Minister of Northern Ireland since December, 1940, has resigned. It is understood that Sir Basil Brooke (Deputy-Prime Minister), who is a nephew of Sir Alan, Brooke (Chief Of the Imperial General Staff) will be asked to form a Government.
