DANCE AT MAYFIELD.

There was a large gathering at a dance held by the Mayfield Young People’s Club in aid of patriotic funds. The hall was tastefully decorated with greenery and streamers. Novelty dances were won by Mr and Mrs Waterus (lucky spot), Mrs; I. Anderson and partner (Monte Carlo), and Misses A. Aschen and F. Gallagher (statue dance). Music was supplied by an Army band with extras by Mr R. Aschen and the Accordion Band. Mr G. IT. Lamb was Master of Ceremonies.
