SINKING OF ARGENTINE SHIP. PREPARED TO PAY INDEMNITY.

(Roe. 1.15) BUENOS AIRES, July 7. The Foreign Minister (Dr. Ruiz Guinazu) announced that Germany admittoel sinking the Argentine freighter Rio Terooro. Germany expressed deep regret <and promised full indemnity because e>f the friendly relations existing between Germany and Argentina, and explained that the U-boat commander was unable to recognise the Argentine identification marks on the vessel.
