TORPEDO BOATS SUNK.
ITALIANS REPORT LOSS OF TWO. LONDON, October 21. A communique issued at Rome admits tbe loss of two Italian torpedo boats in the central Mediterranean. The communique says they wore probably sunk by mines. Most of the crews were saved.
