DR. MCMILLAN’S POSITION. (P.A.) DUNEDIN, This Day. “You’d better ask George Forbes the same question. He is in the same position as I am,” said Dr. D. G. McMillan this morning, when asked how the postponement of the election would affect his position. The question arose from Dr. McMillan’s announcement that he would not contest Dunedin West this year. The member declined to make any statement, alleging as the reason that the most relevent twothirds of his previous statement was not published.
