FIVE ACCUSED OF ESPIONAGE. FRENCH COMMUNIST SHOT. LONDON, Oct. 15. The Vichy News Agency stated that five persons have been hanged at Unvidek, Hungary, for espionage. A Frenchman arrested in Paris for Communist agitation has been shot. The German News Agency announced that the centre of de Gaullist propaganda lias been discovered near a cemetery in Paris. Quantities of leaflets, duplicating machines and membership cards were seized. Six of General dc Gaulle’s followers have been arrested.
