AIRMAN KILLED.
PLANE CRASHES NEAR KAIAPOI.
ACCIDENT DURING INSTRUCTION. OTHER OCCUPANT NOT INJURED(P.A.) WELLINGTON, This Day, An airman-pilot under trainings Lead-ing-Aircraftman Bryan Walter Lambourne, was killed at Kaiapoi this morning when an aircraft of the Royal New Zealand Air Force crashed during dual training instruction. The other occupant of the plane, PilotOfficer Kemwtli Sinclair Blair, was not injured. Leading-Aircraftman Lamhourne s next-of-kin is Airs M. Lamhourne, his mother, of Mount Albert, Auckland. The cause of the accident is obscure. A Court of Inquiry is being held.
