CONVEYING VICHY DIPLOMAT (United Press Association—Copyright.) LONDON, August 3. Tt is reported from Sofia that a, diplomatic train carrying the Vichy Ambassador to Moscow (M. Borgery) was derailed 'between Dragoman in Bulgaria and Cnribrod in Yugoslavia. Nobody waS injured.
