RAIDERS IN PACIFIC.
USE OF JAPANESE WARSHIPS.
CHINESE PAPER’S ALLEGATION.
CHUNGKING, May 18.
Tho Chinese ' Army’s newspaper claims that Japan and Germany havo signed a secret agreement by which Japan will provide 70 warships to Ger many to use in tho Pacific as raiders.
The vessels will have Japanese captains, but will operate under orders from the German Admiralty.
