MISSIONARY UNION.
HINDS PRESBYTERIAN WOMEN.
The monthly meeting of the Hinds Presbyterian ‘ Women’s Missionary Union and Guild was held in the church. Mi’s Mcßae presided over a very good attendance. A member who lias loft the district tendered her resignation.
All members were requested-to bring their Mission boxes to the next meeting to bo held at Lowclifl'e on May 8. The financial statement was considered very satisfactory. A letter was read from Mrs Norrish (secretary of the Church Missionary League) and all members were in favour of supporting the pound day appeal as formerly. , A letter was received from the Board of Managers stating it had decided to adopt the .recommendation of tho guild to abandon, the bazaar this year.
