PARTY RESOLUTIONS CARRIED. (Bee. 9.30). VANCOUVER, Mar. 24. The British Columbia Co-operative Commonwealth Federation Party, end-, ing its three-day .convention: last night, passed, .a. resolution opposing Canada’s present system of financing the war by interest-bearing loans and advocated socialisation of all war industries and financial institutions in the Dominion. Coupled with this resolution was another urging a-100-per-cent tax on war profits and heavier taxation on all profits.

The convention also urged the Federal Government. to appoint a special ministry for the post-war reorganisation of the economic life of Canada.
