(P.A.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Making a detailed announcement-con-cerning the stabilisation’ of the Territorial Force, the Minister of Defence (the Hon. F. Jones) said to-day that in future Territorials would comprise: Balloted single men of the age of 10 and under 20, between 24 and 40 graded la and 2, between 41 'arid 1 46-and single Irion between 21 nncf 40 : who have been recommended by the appeal boards for alternative service, and'also volunteers taken from single men- between the ages of 19 and 45.
