The Budapest correspondent of the United Press says it is reported from Belgrade that German troops have been crossing the Danube from Rumania into Bulgaria at 17 points since noon, concentrating on the Bulgarian side of the river. It is also reported without conformation that Bulgaria has called up an additional 100,000 troops. The Belgrade correspondent of the Associated Press reports that columns of German motdrised units are moving southward across Rumania toward the Danube frontier with Bulgaria, the General Staff of Germany’s Balkan Army simultaneously moved from Bucharest to Craiova.
