CONTROL OF TANKERS.
GOVERNMENT REQUISITION.

L 01 t DONI, January 1. The tanker companies have agreed to the Government requisition of all tankers hitherto not requisitioned or chartered. This completes .the requisitioning of ocean-going merchantmen except whaling factory ships, and tankers engaged in local distribution or the refining trades overseas. The agreement covers tankers under constnu fcion.
