COMPULSION IN AUSTRALIA MARRIED MEN TO REGISTER (United Press Association— Copyright)
(Received This Day, 11.45 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Single and married men aged between 19 and 33 in the year July 1, 1939, to June 30, 1940, will have to register for compulsory military tiamino*. The Minister for the Army (Mr P. C. Spender) said, it was most unlikely that married men would be actually called up. Hitherto only single men and widowers without children ha.v e been required to’register. jr ■
