SCHOOL CONCERT.
ASHBURTON EAST EFFORT.
PROGRAMME LAST About £lO was raised for the prizefund and library through a concert held by the pupils of the Ashburto l East School in the Hampstead Mrmor ial Hall last evening. The hall was packed beyond its capacity, and the entertainment put on was of a bright nature.
The' chairman of the School Committee (Mr W. S. Kerr) expressed thanivs and appreciation to the staff for the good standard of the concert^
