Declaring that the offensive in North Africa is a. desperate attempt to bolster up the British morale, also to impress the United .States, the Berlin newspaper “Boersen Zeitung” says: “The moment is approaching when British illusions will collapse. The Italians know that Germany and its armed forces stand at Italy’s side.”
