GERMAN SHIPS LEAVE TAMPICO.
(Received This Day, 9.45 a.m.) MEXICO CITY, November 29. Two German freighters, Idarw’ald and Rhein, steamed from the port of Tampico, apparently in renewal of the attempt to beat the blockade.
